The current staff is an improvement and I hope that management can keep them happy, busy, and retain them. They are polite, engaging, and care about the customers; it shows. We get men’s haircuts, boy haircuts, and girl haircuts here. Most of the time, the results are good/great.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I found out that all salons were either closed or booked on the Saturday of my nephew's wedding. My daughter was one of the flower girls. There were 7 bride maids, the bride and two mothers getting their hair done so there wasn't time for the flower girl's hair. She doesn't like her hair styled so I didn't have any experience with doing her hair especially for a special occasion. I knew that Great Clips didn't take appointments but I thought I would try because I was starting to panic the night before. I called and found out that they get extremely busy in the mornings. However June said she would check and see. She got back on and said to show up by 7:45 and she would see me there. She was amazing with my daughter and even made time to do my hair as well. Both hair stylists were super friendly and went above and beyond even giving me tips on how to make it last all day even on a windy day with humidity like it was that day. She pointed me to wear i could find extra supplies as well. I will be recommending this Great Clips location to everyone!
